At ADMS we provide life safety plans which will consist of the following:

• Occupancy load plan that will show the use group of each area of the plan, floor are per person per area and total occupancy area.

• Egress floor plans that will show fire rating of the walls, Door and stair widths and occupant capacity of all exit doors and stairs exit light locations, fire strobes location, fire extinguisher/ fire hose cabinets type and location, travel distance to exit doors and stairs.

• Sprinkler plan that will show which are is sprinklered because it will have an impact on the travel distances to exits.
