Mahmoud Rafeh

I am an architect that holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Alexandria, Alexandria Egypt and a master’s degree in architecture from Pratt Institute of Art, New York USA.

As a Project Architect and Project Manager with more than three decades of experience in architectural design, residential, healthcare, laboratory facilities, research environments, and complex institutional projects.

I started My architectural career as a residential architect working on multifamily houses and apartment buildings in NYC.

In 1989, I switched to commercial, education and health care facilities as a Project Architect, with extensive experience leading core-and-shell and fit-out teams on complex healthcare projects. Responsibilities include managing project teams, coordinating architectural and engineering consultants, developing and reviewing construction documents, coordinating specifications, overseeing schedules and deliverables, participating in construction administration, resolving field conditions, reviewing requisitions, and communicating solutions with owners and contractors.

On 2024, I started my business Architectural Drafting and Modeling Services where I help people with code & zoning analysis, house extension, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, interior design, convert old paper drawing to digital format, I also prepare as built or existing drawings and field measuring and 3D modeling drawings.
